The University Housing follows the University's official calendar. Here are the official dates the residence halls open and close during all school breaks.

August 2024

17-18 – Move-In

October 2024

1 - RA Application Process Announced

17-18 – Fall Break (All Halls Remain Open)

November 2024

1 - Continuing Student Housing Process Announced

25-29 – Thanksgiving Break (All Halls Remain Open)

December 2024

17 – Residence Halls CLOSE at 10am

Residence Halls that close - Campus Village, Capstone, Columbia Hall, Honors Residence, McBryde, Patterson Hall, Preston, Women’s Quad (Halls not listed will remain open)

January 2024

10 – Residence Halls OPEN at 8am

March 2024

10-14 – Spring Break – All Residence Halls Remain Open

May 2024

8 - ALL RESIDENCE HALL CLOSE at 10am , 24 hours after last exam.

Please not that during break periods, services available on campus are limited.
