Information technology, the newest of our core computing disciplines, covers subject areas concerned with using IT to address business issues. This is a general degree that gives students the skills to address a wide array of problems. It is less theoretical and more applied than a computer science degree.

What You’ll Study

Some of the most popular courses in this program include our Professional Internship Seminar, which will prepare students to succeed in a 400-hour internship working in an IT environment, and our capstone class, where students work in teams to solve problems. You will also be required to take a set of business courses to fulfill this degree.
