This program was created to develop competent, caring leaders committed to building healthier communities and advancing the nursing profession through teaching, research and service.

What You’ll Study

In the pre-nursing lower division, you will take core classes such as English, history, math and basic science and nursing courses that focus on health and wellness, nursing history, nutrition and pathophysiology. You'll then apply for the upper division, which combines clinical hours, classroom instruction and work in the college’s state-of-the-art patient simulation lab.
